Distinctive contemporary jazz ensemble featuring Yuhan Su (vibraphone), Chris Cheek (tenor/saxophone), Glenn Zaleski (piano), Marty Kennedy (bass), and Nathan Ellman-Bell (drums) presents a new series of compositions inspired by Chinese Mythology Kua Fu, a giant who decided to chase & catch the Sun.

Singer-songwriter-guitarist Toshi Reagon has moved audiences with her big-hearted, hold-nothing-back approach to rock, blues, R&B, country, folk, spirituals and funk. The New York Times acclaimed her "love of mixing things up...[her] vocal style ranges from a dirty blues moan to a gospel shout to an ethereal croon." Leading her band BIGLovely, Reagon's concert celebrates all that's dynamic, progressive and uplifting in American music.
