The Roosevelts Deliver 10-Track 'The Greatest Thing You'll Ever Learn' Today (4.22)

Funk-folk indie rockers The Roosevelts debut their first full-length LP titled 'The Greatest Thing You'll Ever Learn' today via Spotify. Stamped with a Nat King Cole-inspired title, the album channels the need for personal connection and backs it with mandolin-fueled, jubilant musicianship.

"The album is a case study of struggles and what it means to love and feel loved, " says Roosevelts member James Mason. "It touches on so many of the mistakes and lessons that we seem destined to keep learning the hard way."

Songs like "You're Not Alone" and "Belly of the Beast" address loss, both personal and in connection to a parental divorce, while the blues-rock inspired "Peaches" addresses desire, set to a tambourine-charged beat. Tracks "This Is Life, " which was recently featured in ABC's Nashville, and "Tell Only Lies" round out the compilation, offering an inside look into the band's personal struggles as they've grown up making music.

Booked by Billions, the band recently completed a run of at-capacity shows with Robert Earl Keen and will continue with a hometown show tonight, followed by a run in the Southeast and appearance at the BMI Songwriter's Festival in Key West.
