As usual, the musical delights cover most genres, ranging from blues, jazz, rock, folk and even some funk.
Friday
Weyfest 2015 kicks off on Friday 4th September with the British Blues Awards 'Young Artist of the Year' Laurence Jones. A Buzz has been building rapidly around Laurence Jones, starting well before the release of his 2012 "Thunder In The Sky". Since then Laurence has clocked up some serious road miles from touring through out the U.K and Europe. "Classic Rock Blues Magazine" Call him the "Future of the blues" and the "next big thing".. with 2nd album "Temptation", British band leader Laurence Jones has turned his hot tip potential into fully formed brilliance, and officially graduated from boy wonder to main man.

Weyfest favourites Mungo Jerry return to keep the rock coming on Friday night. 2015 is the 45th anniversary of the 1970 hit 'In the Summertime'. Headlining the Friday is the incredibly talented vocalist Paul Carrack, dubbed 'The man with the golden voice' by the BBC. He was the voice o
f Squeeze's 'Tempted', Ace's 'How Long and was the front man and songwriter of Mike and the Mechanics.
Carrack's songs have been recorded by artists such as the Eagles, Diana Ross, Tom Jones, Michael McDonald and Jools Holland, and he has served
as a session and/or touring musician for the likes of Elton John, Eric Clapton, Ringo Starr, B.B. King, The Pretenders and The Smiths.

Saturday
Saturday's delights include the Ric Sanders Trio, The Troggs
, the ever popular Leatherat, Roachford, Andy Fairweather Low, Nazareth and Saturday headliners The Waterboys amongst many others.

Ric Sanders, violinist for Fairport Convention, brings his trio to Weyfest for what is always a captivating performance.
Roachford played a fantastic set at Weyfest 2013 where the crowd soaked up hits such as 'Cuddly Toy' and 'Only to be with you'- and is literally back by popular demand. With his latest offering 'The Beautiful Moment' Andrew delivers a deeply honest and powerful album from which we are sure to
hear a few tracks.

Scottish rockers Nazareth appear with their new frontman Carl Sentance, formerly of Persian Risk, Geezer Butler Band, and Krokus. Also new to Weyfest, Andy Fairweather Low and the Lowriders will perform tracks from their new album ' Zone-O-Tone ' together with old hits such as 'Wide eyed and legless' and 'Bend Me, Shape Me'. New talent is represented by the fantastic heavy rockers The Kut who were voted into the winning spots for the MTV UK Brand New Unsigned' Pol l in 2014. They also performed at the 2012 London Olympics and went on to do a sell-out UK tour.

There's more new talent in the shape of country crossover artists Honey Ryder and rootsy folk & blues quartet The Mantic Muddlers, with their interesting blend of vocals, guitar, upright bass, fiddle and cajon.

Weyfest is delighted to announce The Waterboys as Saturday headliners. Of course the Waterboys are known for their hits 'The whole of the moon' and 'Fisherman's Blues' but "People should expect the unexpected from The Waterboys, " says Mike Scott. It's a mission statement which has inspired three decades of compelling musical shape-shifting, and one which yields thrilling results on The Waterboys' eleventh album, Modern Blues, released in January 2015 In 2013 Ellie Goulding scored a top 3 UK hit with their "How Long Will I Love You"

Sunday
Weyfest Sunday is headlined by Level 42, one of the finest bands in the UK. The list of hits penned by them is impressive indeed: 'Something About You', Lessons In Love' To Be With You Again', Running In The Family' and 'It's Over' to name but a few. We've been after them for years and are delighted to finally welcome them to the Weyfest stage!
Sunday also features another huge British success story in the shape of The Quireboys, along with one of the country's most happening female singers, Deborah Bonham, who returns to Weyfest after an amazing set in 2014. Having recently won 'Best Album' at the British Country Music Awards, Ward Thomas will also appear on the main stage. Ward Thomas' debut album From Where We Stand remained at No.1 in the UK Country Music Charts for over 6 weeks from which tracks 'Push For The Stride', 'Footnotes' and 'A Town Called Ugley' continue to receive much radio airplay. And let's not forget of course those ever popular Weyfest regulars Leatherat, Jackie Lynton and the Charley Farley Sunday Four, resident band for comedian Al Murray. Plenty of other bands are featured throughout the weekend:
The Christians, Federal Charm, Jeramiah Ferrari, Ian Campbell's Single Handed Blues Band, Unsung Lilly, Jim Hammond's Electric Mudshack, Passport To Stockholm and many more–over 50 bands and artists over the weekend definitely something for everybody to enjoy!
Of course Weyfest is about so much more than simply music.

Voted one of the UK's top festivals by Planet Rock listeners and the Daily Telegraph, it is the wonderfully friendly atmosphere of Weyfest that wins so many new friends year on year. Weyfest can boast several truly unique features. The venue is actually an open air museum of rural life in the last century, and the exhibits are all open to the festival audience. There is also a working light steam and diesel railway that runs around the perimeter of the venue.
Weyfest is more like a mini-holiday in the country than a music festival. Meet new friends in the friendliest of audiences, walk amongst daleks, cybermen and stormtroopers, choose from a fine selection of real ales, ciders and lagers or indulge yourself a little with a cocktail or glass of Champagne, play Laserquest, play an instrument, have a massage, drop the kids at the kidzone or browse the fascinating stalls, and much, much more at the annual spectacle that is Weyfest.

The compact nature of the venue ensures that everything isnearby; no long walks between stages, and parking near to the campsite which itself is very close to the venue.
Parking is free, and camping an d glamping are available.
