Give Generously as the Year Ends

From TeenyBop to Legacy & Jazz History
We must Introduce Jazz Music without cost to the Youngest Among Us!

We have a challenge before us: Youth in Harlem and inner-city neighborhoods throughout America must learn the history and glorious legacy of the music honored as "Jazz: America's Gift to the World of Music."

Please visit our website www.wilbuurwareinstitute.org and click on the DONATE button to give a gift of any amount for our 2015-2016 activities. Indicate how you want your gift used: workshops or other. Please remember that by default credit cards are accepted if you choose not to use PayPal. In 2015, we are looking forward to working with Arturo O'Farrill, Artist-in-Residence at Harlem School of the Arts to host the Workshops for Youth without cost to the music students. His Afro Latin Jazz Alliance (ALJA) programs celebrate Latino contributions to American Jazz and explore the rich diversity of Jazz in the Americas.

Significant additional funding will also allow us to move forward with a Symposium celebrating the accomplishments of Melba Liston that should be included in all standard jazz music curricula.
the gift of jazz is worth giving

Help us make jazz accessible to all youth with a year-end gift.
Please remember that we invite your support all year!
