| 15th Annual Roots on the River Festival The fifteenth annual Roots on the River Music Festival will take place Thursday, June 5, and running through Sunday, June 8, at various locations throughout Bellows Falls. This year's featured artist is James McMurtry, a Roots favorite with locals.
