ROBERT GLASPER EXPERIMENT + YASIIN BEY f.k.a. MOS DEF
Robert Glasper is an American jazz pianist and record producer. His 2012 album Black Radio won the Grammy Award for Best R&B Album at the 55th Grammy Awards pre-show.Glasper's music can be described as "experiments with space, rhythm and chord textures", creating a vast array of sound. He has said that he tries to make the music flow in a way more like a hip-hop beat, trying to always leave the music open for someone to rap over.

Mos Def/Yasiin Bey started his hip hop career in a group called Urban Thermo Dynamics, then released the albums Black on Both Sides in 1999, The New Danger in 2004, True Magic in 2006, and The Ecstatic in 2009. Editors of About.com ranked him number 24 on their list of the Top 50 MCs of Our Time (1987-2007). In 2012, The Source ranked him No. 23 on their list of the Top 50 Lyricists of All Time. Since the early 2000s, Mos Def's screen work has established him as one of only a handful of rappers who has garnered critical acclaim for his acting work. He is well known for his portrayal of Brother Sam in the American drama series Dexter. The two get together to unite as ROBERT GLASPER EXPERIMENT + YASIIN BEY f.k.a. MOS DEF, to blow you away with Soul, R&B and all kinds of roots music.

THE BRAND NEW HEAVIES
One of the most successful acid jazz/UK funk groups of all time. They've had a rotating roster of lead vocalists such as Jay Ella Ruth, Siedah Garrett, Carleen Anderson and Nicole Russo. The second featured vocalist, who the band enjoyed the most success with, N'Dea Davenport, returned to The Heavies in fall of 2005. Yoga Lin
As the Prince of Psychedelic in China, Yoga Lin is famous for his fabulous voice. Actually, he has already got rid of the impression that he came to the public as the winner of One Million Star, Season 1, a reality TV singing competition in Taiwan. He said David Tao was his childhood idol. And he sang a lot of songs during the competition with his own style, not following anyone else's step. He is the only one that opened a concert before releasing any albums in Chinese music history.

After joining HIM International Music, Yoga released 4 studio albums and owned a great deal of music awards. The most important one is the song Gaze from his debut album owned Best Single Producer in 20th Golden Melody Awards. In 2013, Yoga released his first Jazz live album Jazz Channel unexpectedly, which contained a lot of famous songs, including Singing In The Rain, As Time Goes By, Lovely Day etc. It seems like that he is born to control all kinds of music style especially Jazz. If the Jazz album means a long soft river to Yoga, Shanghai Jazz Festival will be a vast ocean for him to swim in. Can't wait!

Cao Fang
Chinese pop singer Cao Fang is little different from the others. She is independent, sincere, and a little childish and emotional. The music she made is the same as her character. It's not the pop melody. The creative process is different. She doesn't follow the usual step to write a chord. For her, writing music is free and fluent as throwing darts. In a word, follow your heart. It is a fresh air for Chinese pop music. In 2004, her debut album Black Perfume was considered as the Top 10 of Records of The Year by The Beijing News. In 2005, the second album Meet Me was sold over 100, 000 copies and dominated 5 awards of Top Chinese Music Awards. Her album Farther Than the Sky own own her Best Composer. Here's description from her tutor Xiao Ke: Cao Fang is just a girl write her own life into songs. When you listen the songs, you just like reading her diary. Real, simple and true self.
