Like the recording, the concert will consist of great music to listen to, smile, dance, and fall in love too. The Lady will use her multi-octave range, sensual lows, and rich vibrato in her renditions of the compositions from her album, as she pays tribute to some of the greatest and most gifted composers of our time. She will be accompanied by a stellar group of master musicians Daniel Jackson - Tenor-Sax, Richard James-Piano, Jeff Denson-Bass, and Ronnie Stewart-Drums. Patrizia allows her musicians to not merely be accompanists but fellow creators whose contributions take on the same importance as hers, but still supporting her creativity. It is this combined artistry and interpretation of these intelligent compositions, the ultimate mix, that makes her debut album impressive and is sure to be present in this not to missed Live Concert Performance/Album launch event.

Patrizia, nicknamed The Sultry Lady of Jazz by her fans during one of her performances because of her naturally pure way of creating strong emotions in her listeners is a Denver, Colorado native, daughter of a famous Surgeon and current San Diego resident, who now resides in Carlsbad, California with her five daughters. She grew up with a love for all kinds of Music, fondly remembering, as a small child, her Mother and Father requiring her and her siblings to listen, understand, and recognize all types of Music and their instrumentation. One of her fondest memories, is that of being held by her dad, as he blew his Alto or Tenor-Sax. "Music was always playing", she recalls, eating dinner to Classical Music and Opera (especially Italian), doing her homework and reading assignments while listening to Sarah Vaughan, Ella Fitzgerald, June Christy, Chris Connor, Billie Holiday, Anita O'Day, Charlie Parker, Sonny Stitt, John Coltrane, Thelonius Monk, Miles Davis, Herbie Mann, JJ Johnson, Art Pepper, George Shearing and Kenny Burrell to name but a few. Patrizia presents some of the best Jazz and Blues Vocals, in the style of Sarah Vaughan, Billie Holiday and Ella Fitzgerald. Known for her heartfelt, sultry renditions of Jazz and Blues Standards, as well as her stylish upbeat interpretations of Swing, Bebop, and Latin Jazz. Give her any type of Composition and she will surely make it her own.
This straight-ahead jazz album was recorded live on August 25, 2006. The album consists of an impressive collection of 12 Classic Jazz Standards. Patrizia is expected to introduce the album via several intimate showcases followed by a tour planned for late spring. All of the compositions chosen were because of their extremely beautiful timeless music, and the emotional depth of the lyrics. Patrizia put together a stellar group of master musicians, consisting of Richard James on Piano, Daniel Jackson on Tenor-Sax, Bob Magnusson on Bass, and Ronnie Stewart on Drums. She calls them, "My Four Outstanding Sidemen." Each one knowing the role of their instrument so well, that even upon seeing the arrangements for the first time, the performances they deliver are truly outstanding.

The set begins with the title track, 1."All The Things You Are", showcasing Patrizia's uniquely beautiful vocal instrument, which is both powerful and yet delicately serene, expressing every emotion found in between. The composition she calls, "her lucky charm", embraces her passion for the music she so dearly loves.

A Note from Patrizia
"I recorded this album live because I wanted the musicality of my first album to be pure, live, and clearly reminiscent of what Jazz used to be. With outstanding arrangements and beautiful vocal interpretations that are unique and passionate, my improvisation is expressed through my statements and phrasing. Brilliant and spontaneous instrumental solos representative of my creative passion and a collaborative interpretation of these intelligent compositions are prevalent throughout the album. The fans will be the true critics, it has been an amazing journey, and I can't wait for them to hear it."
