Debut Album From Ror-Shak

Koch Records and The Twisted Group announced the U.S. release of "Deep", the new album by electronic duo Ror-Shak, on March 13th, 2007. "Deep" is a well balanced set that explores styles ranging from broken beats, down tempo, and soulful chill, to electronic, elegant and cool jazz.

Ror-Shak was formed in 2004 and is fronted by artists DB and Stakka, both of whom have over 20 years of experience in the industry. The group's first effort, a dance floor tune called "Groupies", was released by Breakbeat Science, and has become quite sought-after since going out of print.

Ror-Shak's forthcoming album, "Deep", is something that all music lovers will find enjoyable and exciting. It explores styles ranging from broken beats, down tempo, and soulful chill to electronic, elegant, and cool jazz. "Deep" features a number of tracks that have vocals from Julee Cruise, Chantal Claret, Lisa Shaw, and Mark Holmes. Ror-Shak's sound is rooted in drum & bass, and is interesting and exciting for both the casual listener and the true dance heads. This album took over a year to complete due to Stakka's incredible attention to detail.
