Code Lyoko for Wii Comes in November

The Game Factory announces that Code Lyoko, a brand new action-adventure game franchise based on the high-tech, action-packed animated series, will be infiltrating Wii near you from November 16th 2007. Developed by Neko Entertainment in France, Neko has transformed Code Lyoko's unique mix of high-tech gadgetry, adrenalin-packed missions and compelling storyline into an intuitive and innovative blend of adventure, combat, platform and racing gameplay, maximising the features of the Wii controller.

Utilising the latest advances in 2D and 3D Computer Generated Imagery (CGI), Code Lyoko follows the adventures of four "ordinary" students who accidentally discover the existence of a mysterious parallel and virtual world called "Lyoko" in an abandoned factory.

The students, Yumi, Ulrich, Odd and Jeremy discover that both Earth and Lyoko worlds are jointly threatened with the release of a sentient virus, X.A.N.A, which has infected the Supercomputer and unleashed ghastly monsters. Joined by Aelita, a virtual friend from the Lyoko world, the students must lead double lives as boarding school students on Earth and action heroes inside the digital world of Lyoko, where they come to learn of their individual special powers and destiny.

Characters and gameplay:
? Play as Ulrich (Super Reflexes, Superior Samurai Sword and Triplicate), Yumi (Extraordinary Acrobatic Agility, Telekinesis and Metal Fan), Odd (Cat-Like Agility, Future Flash and Arrow Glove), Aelita (Flying, Materialization Power and Energy Shield), and be guided by Jeremy (Techno Genius and Strategist).
? Explore 40+ different locations with a storyline based on the series, including an exclusive territory, "The Volcano."
? Beautiful graphics presented throughout the 2D real world and 3D virtual world.
? Battle using a range of skills, including shooting, fighting and exploration.
? Delve into the digital sea with the team's new vehicle and live amazing battles. Or try out the gang's awesome space shooter.
? Level up to save the world and outwit 5 bosses created especially for Wii.

In addition to the Wii title, November 16th will also see fans treated to a different adventure on the Nintendo DS release of Code Lyoko. Now gamers can join the team in saving the world, whenever and wherever they are.
