Glu Issues ?White House Rumble? Mobile Game

Glu Mobile announces the launch of White House Rumble exclusively for mobile phones. The game, which is now available on all major U.S. mobile carriers, offers players an opportunity to don the gloves and step into the boxing ring against today's most public of public figures and presidential contenders.

In 2004, Glu released Bush vs. Kerry Boxing, a mobile boxing game allowing players to "take a swing" at the parodied presidential candidate of their choice. The game was extremely successful among both casual gamers and aficionados.

White House Rumble takes this proven formula to a new level, highlighted by over-the-top cartoon characters, graphics, advanced features, new game modes and a wider array of caricatured politicians to square off against. The party-neutral cast of characters of Republicans and Democrats includes both 2008 presidential candidates as well as select high-profile figures.

The Boxers:
- George W. Bush, a master taunter in stars-and-stripes boxing shorts;
- Dick Cheney, complete with undershirt tan lines and hunting rifle;
- Hillary Clinton, one moment sharply dressed, the next a muscle-bound behemoth;
- Rudy Giuliani, a "Thriller" dancing, green zombie;
- Al Gore, accompanied by a monkey on his back;
- Barack Obama, a saint in his sparkling white gloves and shorts.

In addition to the over-the-top satirical depictions of today's most talked about politicians, the game includes advanced technology and game play including:
- Advanced graphics, sound effects and fast-paced boxing action;
- Three game modes ? Circuits, Versus and Challenge ? offering a variety of game experiences;
- Simple, dynamic controls to keep the action fun and engaging;
- Hilarious introduction animations for each character, befitting their political personalities.
