New Assets for Tamagotchi: Party On! for Wii

The original virtual pets are coming to Wii for the very first time with Tamagotchi: Party On! To celebrate, Namco Bandai Games has unveiled the four starting characters for the side-splitting board game, including Mametchi, Memetchi, Kuchipachi, and Violetchi. Also revealed is Mimitchi, a Tamagotchi described as "a genius with an IQ of 200 who loves math and writing."

In Tamagotchi: Party On!, each creature earns Popularity Points by playing tongue-in-cheek mini-games. These quick and entertaining games include Tamagotchi shaking hands with constituents, providing helpful directions, and planting flowers in public parks. Tamagotchi: Party On! allows players to choose their favorite virtual pet and engage in a hilarious campaign to become the next president of Tamagotchi Planet. In order to succeed at each of these mini-games, players will have to swing, shake, point, turn, and twist their Wii Remote in order to increase their popularity.

Gamers can also use Gotchis that they earn along the way to level up their characters and customize their very own campaign headquarters.
