NBA Street Homecourt for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 Coming Soon

Electronic Arts' NBA Street Homecourt ships to retailers on the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system and on March 6 for the PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system. The game will be available in Europe on March 23. Boasting the playability of the original NBA Street, the fun-factor of NBA Street Vol. 2, and the refinement of 2005's NBA Street V3, fans of the series will find the core of the franchise intact, while platform-defining additions revolutionize the overall experience.

NBA Street Homecourt features amazing visuals and innovative gameplay. The all-new Trick Remixer lets you take control of your player's rhythm by mixing quick tricks with elaborate moves, all with the simplicity of two trick buttons. Perform crossovers with an instantaneous response and string together the perfect blend of combinations to take over any game. Take your game to new heights with new flight controls and leap off the shoulders of a teammate for the leap off dunk, or pull off the ultimate double dunk to beat your opponent and electrify the crowd.

NBA Street Homecourt is the first Xbox 360 game to support 1080p and boasts a seamless blending of animation running at 60fps. The game features the NBA's biggest stars rendered with meticulous detail, and, for the first time ever in a videogame, six WNBA stars. Go from an unknown talent to a playground legend and put your homecourt on the map by dominating courts from coast to coast. It's your turn to take on the NBA's best and walk away a hero.

A downloadable Xbox 360 demo is already available, with additional game content being created exclusively for download on Xbox Live Marketplace post-launch, including two free bonus courts.

Featuring over-the-top 3-on-3 street basketball gameplay, the game was developed in Vancouver, B.C. by EA Canada under the EA Sports BIG brand. NBA Street Homecourt is available for the PlayStation 3 system and the Xbox 360. The game is rated "E" (Everyone) by the ESRB and 3+ by PEGI.
