Glu's Global Lineup of Mobile Titles for the 2006 Holiday Season

Glu Mobile has announced its 2006 holiday season lineup, which features a diverse portfolio of original titles, casual favorites and games based on well-known brands from Atari, World Series of Poker and Hasbro. Glu's games appeal to a mass market audience, many of whom may be buying games for the first time this holiday season as they upgrade their handsets.

Titles launching from Glu this holiday season include:

Monopoly Here & Now? The Monopoly brand, under license from HPG, the licensing arm of Hasbro, is one of the hottest-selling titles on the mobile phone, and Glu has developed and published Monopoly: Here & Now for mobile, the modern day edition of the classic board game featuring new properties, iconic tokens and higher real estate values, through its relationship with Atari. The mobile game will launch internationally in December.

Deer Hunter 2 for Mobile? The sequel to one of Glu's best-selling games, Atari's Deer Hunter. In a recent review, WGWorld bestowed its Editor's Award upon Deer Hunter 2 for Mobile and noted that it "maintains a tremendous amount of realism with excellent graphics, good animation and genuine hunting techniques." The game launched in North America in late November.

World Series of Poker Texas Hold'em? The most authentic poker experience available on a mobile phone, WSOP Texas Hold'em creates a true-to-life environment based on the longest running poker tournament in history and the richest sporting event in the world. The game allows players to compete against WSOP champions such as Chris "Jesus" Ferguson and Scott Fischman and features Chris Ferguson as the in-game advisor. The game, which is live in North and South America, will launch throughout Europe and in Australia and New Zealand beginning in December.

World Series of Poker Player Advisor? The ultimate Texas Hold'em toolkit, World Series of Poker Player Advisor is a must-have for players looking to improve their game, including insider strategies, tips and advice from Chris "Jesus" Ferguson to help players master the game. World Series of Poker Player Advisor is launching throughout Europe, North and South America beginning in November.

Brain Genius? The original Glu game that PocketGamer called "a precocious young upstart" in an early preview, Brain Genius is one of the first mobile games in the industry to incorporate the camera features on phones. This brain training game is an original title by Glu that will launch throughout Europe in December and will come to North America in early 2007.

Stranded? Having received unprecedented acclaim throughout Europe, Glu's original strategy-based survival game Stranded will launch in North America and Korea beginning in December. The game has received three gold awards including one from PocketGamer who gave it 9 out of 10 and proclaimed it to be "without a doubt one of the most well crafted mobile games we've seen this year."

Super K.O. Boxing!? Glu's first original hit title of 2006, this classic arcade boxing game, which earned perfect review scores from WGWorld and Modojo and received numerous editorial awards, will be launching throughout Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia in December.

Monopoly Classic? The new version of the classic game that has been a favorite around the world, Monopoly Classic has been completely rebuilt with new graphics and game mechanics. The Spanish language edition of Monopoly Classic will launch in Latin America in December.
