Disgaea 2 Hits The Shelves This Friday

The long wait for a follow up to the award winning Disgaea is almost at an end. Now gamers across the UK get their turn to hand their life over to one of the deepest most absorbing titles available this Christmas. With over 100 hours of life devouring action, intrigue, humour and devious, underhanded manoeuvring, gamers will be playing Disgaea 2 long after many, modern celebrity couples have met over a bottle of Krystal at the Met Bar, had their wedding pics in Hello and divided up the CD collection in the divorce courts.

Fans of the original game have had their wishes answered with a brand new 3D environment featuring animated sprites and anime cut scenes enabling Disgaea 2 to combine exceptionally deep, smooth locations with high quality sprite design and animation. The new Geo battle system adds new depth and strategic possibilities to the combat by altering the actual battle conditions. Players will also be able to stack their characters on top of each other in order to combine their powers and unleash special combos and attacks. Another revolutionary feature is the Dark Court system where the good are punished and the evil are praised. In the Netherworld, you can never be too evil.
