Caesar IV to Include Free 'Rome: Engineering an Empire' DVD

Sierra Entertainment has announced a partnership with The History Channel to bundle complimentary DVD copies of the special "Rome: Engineering an Empire" with launch quantities of their historical city-builder PC game, "Caesar IV".

Winner of two Emmy Awards, "Rome: Engineering an Empire" premiered in 2005 on The History Channel and received critical acclaim for its stunning digital recreations and the depth of its content. The program chronicles the rich history of the Roman Empire from the reign of Caesar in 44 B.C. to its eventual fall around 537 AD, detailing the remarkable works of architecture and technology in between that helped create Rome's indelible mark on the world. "Rome: Engineering an Empire" was produced for The History Channel by KPI. Executive Producer for The History Channel is Dolores Gavin.
