| I love what you have done in your start for the Zemstvo stamps. Although I haven't started collecting them yet, I love looking at them and am interested because they cover a very unique period of your country's history. A great area of specialty I am sure. I did run across an online catalog of Zemstvo issues at one time, and I should have it bookmarked somewhere - but probably on an older computer. If anyone is intersted I would be glad to find it and post it here. | ||||
