Techtextil, Leading International Trade Fair for Technical Textiles and Nonwovens in Frankfurt am Main, is holding a comprehensive symposium programme for visitors and exhibitors concurrently with the fair from 4 to 7 May 2015. As in the past, the 18th Techtextil Symposium will be held under the patronage of EURATEX – European Apparel and Textile Confederation. "Top speakers will present the latest developments in the fields of products, materials and technologies and offer an inspiring overview of the trends and developments in the worldwide sector", says Michael Jänecke, Head of Brand Management, Technical Textiles & Textile Processing, Messe Frankfurt. For the first time, the symposium will be held in Room Dimension of Hall 4.2, in the heart of the Exhibition Centre.

The Techtextil Symposium programme is split into morning and afternoon events, each with six lectures. The individual lecture blocks were compiled by a programme committee of international experts. All lectures and discussions will be translated simultaneously into German and English.
