Nordstil offers buyers more than 800 exhibitors over 55,000 square metres

The Nordstil success story continues. Philipp Ferger, Head of Regional Consumer Goods Fairs, Messe Frankfurt, commenting on the currently available registration figures, explains: "We are expecting more than 800 exhibitors on a floor area of over 55, 000 square metres." The planning for "Nordstil – Hamburg Regional Order Days" is in full swing. And, indeed, plans are now well under way to make the areas for "Ideas for Home and Lifestyle", "Ideas for Work and Leisure" and "Ideas for Well-being and Personal Accessories" even more appealing. "The focus at Nordstil is all about placing and taking orders – specifically with the so very important winter and Christmas seasons in mind. For the benefit of both our exhibitors and visitors, we have again made even clearer the structure of the sections and enhanced the efficiency of the overall layout of the halls, " says Mr. Ferger. As a result, the various lifestyle themes are laid out more approachably and we have created the best possible conditions for an efficient visit to the trade fair.

Trend for "Young Living" demands new layout in the A-Halls
In view of the heavy demand in the sections on home and lifestyle, visitors will find them in Hall A1 and – a new feature this year – also in Hall A2. Exhibitors in Hall A1 include, amongst others, Au Maison, Exotica Cor Mulder, Gilde Handwerk Macrander, Hoff Interieur, La Casa di Caesar, Steen Design and G. Wurm. Showcasing their current collections in Hall A2 as from July, under the heading "Young Living", will be companies such as Casablanca, Danishville, Lightmakers and My Flair. "We are very pleased that it has been possible, with Messe Frankfurt's help, to plan the product groups even more clearly and with even more rigorous definition after all these years. This was something that visitors from the northern catchment area have been asking for some time now. We look forward to the next events and the overall prospects for Nordstil with very considerable optimism, " says Lars Adler, Managing Director of Hoff Interieur. Markus Deitmer, too, Head of Exhibitions at Casablanca GmbH & Co. KG says: "We welcome the restructuring of the hall layout and see in it a good opportunity to consolidate and build up our market position still further. And we are particularly excited as we look forward to the special atmosphere in the 'new' Hall A2, where we shall be exhibiting for the first time. We think that the hall is an absolute must for all visitors to the coming Nordstil." Those product groups, which centre around gift items, stationery, office supplies and writing materials, as well as toys and souvenirs, will now be in Hall A3. Here, visitors will meet well-known suppliers such as Artebene, Avancarte, Coppenrath, Depesche Vertrieb, Grätz Verlag, Habermaaß (Haba), Hobby & Fun, Nici and Grafik Werkstatt. "We are pleased to be offering a real highlight in Hall A3 and look forward to the feedback with anticipation, " says Elke Becker, a member of the management team at Grafik Werkstatt. As was the case back in January, the "Village" will again be there to receive visitors in Hall A4, alongside companies such as Crispy Wallet, DFP and Ib Laursen. The "Village" is a consortium of design-orientated companies, who share a common setting for their success at the point of sale.

Growth in the B-Halls in the East Wing
Nordstil has increased in size in the B-Halls, too, and its layout there has been further optimised. Product groups including Gourmet and Kitchen items, together with Glassware, Porcelain and Ceramic Ware are home to exhibitors such as Wolfram Berge, Le Creuset Seltmann Weiden, Tee-Maas and Unimet in Halls B1.0 and B1.1. Visitors will find a broad spectrum of decorative features and floral displays for indoors and out in Halls B2.0, B3.0 and B4.0, with suppliers such as Amsinck + Sell, Bettin Handelsgesellschafft, Botanichaus, Chic Antique, Silke Daut, Decostar, EJA International, Hakbijl, I.C. Lauvring, Posiwio, Pusteblume, San Marco and Heinrich Vosteen. Levels B2.1 and B3.1 in the 'Well-being & Personal Accessories' section have been opened specifically for wellness products, leather ware and handbags. Companies such as Accentra, Bo Cosmetic, Dernier, Form & Colour, Get fresh, Konert Home, Merlin Lederwaren, Pfeilring and Voi Leather will be showcasing some exciting products here. Hall B7 will be offering fashionable accessories and a broad range of jewellery and related items as usual, and exhibitors such as Heidi Hübner, Invero, Mertens, MW Edelsteine Martin Westkamp and Ingo Schaubel will be presenting their collections.
In addition to the extensive range of exhibitors' products, Nordstil will be offering a complementary visitor programme with inspirational lectures, presentations and displays of current trends on issues related to sales and retail. Online tickets are available as from now on the website at: www.nordstil.messefrankfurt.com. Tickets can be purchased here at the reduced online price of € 13 both before and during the order days and printed out immediately. That way, buyers can avoid queuing at the door and save money at the same time.
