| Salón Look Internacional 2013 to hold fifth Spa, Health and Wellness congress The 16th edition of SALON LOOK INTERNACIONAL, the Image and Integral Aesthetics Exhibition, organised by IFEMA and being held 4 - 6 October at Feria de Madrid, will also offer the 5th Spa, Health and Wellness Congress. The congress will be held on 5 and 6 October in the meeting rooms of exhibition hall 7 where renowned experts will impart their knowledge of the business, focusing on issues such as building customer loyalty and the business' financial viability; franchises; and the keys to selling via social media and digital marketing. The congress will be organised in three blocks. The first, on Saturday morning, will focus on building customer loyalty, the financial viability of the business, raising financial resources and financing and the franchise as a business model. The second block, which will take place on Saturday afternoon, will reveal the keys to successfully selling via social media; digital marketing and the dangers of coupons. Sunday morning's session will include a round table session on health tourism and parallel business alternatives which spas can develop, thus bringing the congress to a close. The panel of experts at this year's edition will include Gonzalo Fuster-Fabra, a lawyer specialising in SMEs; Eduardo A. Tormo, an expert in franchise consultancy and business growth; Ramiro Díaz, founding partner and head of F5 interactiva, an expert in interactive projects, online presence and community management; and Marisa Juárez, a beauty and wellness expert and founder of Innat, a health and wellness company. The association of urban spas, Spatermal, will be the congress' specialist technical adviser and its chairman, Alfredo Sainz de la Maza, the technical director. There are other activities available during SALON LOOK INTERNACIONAL 2013 for professionals visitors, such as the Aesthetics Congress and the 1st conference on health, wellness and physical activity; presentations of new products and techniques; workshops; the Make-up Championships and the Nailympics Spain, the world's most prestigious competition in the world of nails.
