| Messe Berlin announces new head of Human Resources Dr. Julia Borggräfe (39) is the new head of Human Resources at Messe Berlin. She takes over from Barbara Grimming, who has retired. Dr. Borggräfe can draw on long years of experience working in international personnel management and in personnel strategy and policymaking. After a degree in Law, her international training and career stops included time in New York, Paris and Tel Aviv. She has also published in a number of specialist publications on legal and policymaking matters regarding human resources.
