Nine U.S. mills will showcase their innovations at North America’s largest apparel fabrics show

As retailers and brands seek a diversified sourcing portfolio with quick response, many well-known U.S. mills, companies and industries continue to produce innovative textile materials sourced closer to market. Their products are targeted at the North American market to meet the growing demand for textiles and apparel. Nine renowned U.S. mills have chosen to exhibit at Texworld USA, the most important platform for apparel fabrics in North America. They represent the complete supply chain from spinner to knitter to full package garments, and Buhler Quality Yarns, Design Knits, Laguna Fabrics, Mansfield Textiles, Texollini and Tuscarora Yarns, Inc. are part of the Lenzing pavilion.

Buhler Quality Yarns, Booth 2412
Buhler will be featuring new innovations including rainbow heathers in MicroModal and cotton, and MicroModal and MicroTencel air jet yarns and fabrics. They are globally connected, offering consistent quality and customer service.

Carr Textile, Booth 2130
Carr Textile is a fabric supplier offering a huge selection of in stock fabrics with no minimums. Most orders are shipped the same day. In addition to their stock program, they offer sourcing and special dye lots of both domestic and imported fabric.

They have several new programs featuring new and innovative fabrics:

Xanadu which is a 100% Polyester fabric that is treated with Moisture wicking and UV protection treatment. The fabric is very soft and cool. This was specifically designed for uniforms, and their customers are raving about the comfort of the fabric.

Spacer Mesh is a new mesh that is used in all kinds of applications from seat covers, shoes, hats, to medical devices. It is 100% Polyester, breathable and performance oriented while providing some cushion.

Nylon Pack Cloth is 420 Denure, 100% nylon and perfect for bags and backpacks with a water repellent finish and a urethane coating.

Cocoon House, Booth 2460
Cocoon House features a wide selection of high quality fabrics available in silks and synthetics. They also feature unique combinations of the following silks: chiffon, crepe, damask, georgette, jacquard, moiré, muslin, satins/charmeuse and twill.
Their collection includes hundreds of unique designs from which the customer can choose and utilize several custom printing processes including: digital imaging, hand-painted and traditional screen printing.

They specialize in silk products made from natural silk fibers. They provide an unmatched variety of fine fabrics, designs, and prints, and the manufacturing processes used in their factories are environmentally friendly. In addition to bulk fabrics, they provide custom packaged garments to meet specialized, exacting requirements of clients.

Cocoon House focuses on engaging with customers not only meet their needs, but to also help them "think big" to come up with innovative new designs and products. Their desire is for all parties (customers, factories, and their company) to "win" with every interaction by focusing on quality, controlling production costs and setting reasonable margins.

Elotex, Booth 2127
Elotex will be featuring jacquard knits. They provide full package garments, and offer low minimums.

Laguna Fabrics, Booth 2410
Domestic business is going strong for Laguna Fabrics. Laguna's new innovations include creating unique multi-dimensional looks through yarn playing, light weight fleece and t-shirt weight French terry's and coarse gauge sweater knits – a bulky look without the weight.

Mansfield Textiles, Booth 2408
Mansfield Textiles is celebrating their 15 year anniversary with the addition of three jacquard machines for great new looks. This year they are offering exciting new low gage knits with surface interest. They are a major domestic knitter, Made in the USA, and offer private label with manufactures and retailers. Their customers include Destination Maternity, Nordstrom, Forever 21 and Macy's.

QST Industries, Booth 2152
QST Industries, Inc has been working to innovate products since their establishment in 1880. They are proud to introduce their new European Yarn-Dye collection, reflective waistbands and recycled polyester pocketing. They are a trim component supplier, and have a full service manufacturing facility in Mocksville, NC. They construct custom waistbands, finish pocketing and are Berry Compliant. QST Industries is committed to the US apparel industry and offers a complete range of products made and produced in the USA.

Texollini, Booth 2404
Texollini, Made in America, is a vertically integrated knitting mill with capabilities of knitting, dyeing, finishing and printing guarantee quality, care, confidence and reliability. Texollini's success comes as a result of doing things that many consider impossible, through their dedication to serving their customers, and the teamwork of their highly skilled people. Their manufacturing capabilities are all in-house in a 250, 000 square-foot, state of the art mill in Long Beach, CA. Their customers know they can expect to receive the highest level of service and quality fabrics.

Tuscarora Yarns, Inc., Booth 2406
Tuscarora Yarns, proud of a distinguished legacy since 1899, is renowned for industry leadership as a specialty yarn resource for the apparel and textile industry.

Tuscarora has added sOftnEss to Open End spinning. "LuxeSpun" is a sophisticated technique of fiber blending and spinning that improves fabric softness to Open End spun yarns. "LuxeSpun" is offered in both Grey Heather and Natural Blends of Cotton/Polyester for cross-dye or overdyeable products.

Tuscarora Yarns designs and produces specialty yarns used to create popular, profitable products. We utilize the most up-to-date technology for the most efficient production of the highest quality products. Tuscarora Yarns will be offering a new collection of Lenzing Modal, and color vintage effects at Texworld USA.

Zelouf International Corp., Booth 1462
Zelouf International will be offering an abundance and wide variety of stock fabric offered domestically. They have a newly constructed showroom in their Clifton New Jersey warehouse that easily highlights all categories o
