Expo Reclam opens its 25th edition

Once again, the trade fair centre Ifema will host the new edition of Expo Reclam, a trade fair exclusively devoted to professionals that has become the most important in the promotional gift and advertising industry. The event will be held from 16 to 18 January.

Due to the surface area it covers, the number of exhibiting companies and the number of visitors registered before the opening date, Expo Reclam 2013 (ER13) has now become the most significant trade fair event of the year for professionals from the promotional gift and advertising industry.

Expo Reclam 2013, organised by Reed Exhibitions Iberia, will open its doors with a total of 156 exhibiting companies, which notably include top names such as Makito, Roly, JHK, Ziraketan, Mid Ocean Brands, Paul Stricker, Vallès Import, Enyes and New Wave, among others, located in the trade fair's central aisle. Exhibitors will cover a space of 5,000 net square metres, making ER13 the number-one trade fair in Spain.

The number of visitors is also expected to be positive given that over 7,100 professionals booked their place beforehand and are now registered to visit the show. The 25th edition of Expo Reclam will be held in Pavilion 10 of Ifema (with the entrance from the North Access point).

Innovation across the board
ER13 will reveal the latest innovations in every type of item that can be personalised with a logo or commercial message, while the diversity of items in ranges such as textiles, writing and electronics, food and everything related to furnishings and leisure particularly stands out. As does the area demonstrating the different labelling techniques and a preferential space for industry associations Fyvar (Spanish acronym for the Association of Advertising Item Manufacturers and Vendors and Aimfap (Spanish acronym for the Association of Promotional Item Importers, Wholesalers and Manufacturers).

An interactive catalogue for visitors
Expo Reclam 2013 will also get underway with other innovations, such as the Interactive Exhibitor Catalogue, made available to visitors in order to come into direct contact with exhibitors, plan their visit and add products and companies to their favourites.

Furthermore, other services will also be maintained. For instance, parcel delivery offered by the company Envialia at very reasonable prices; the Green Point Zone, devoted to environmentally friendly products, and the Primer Paso (First Step) zone, for visitors participating at Expo Reclam for the first time.

Silver Wedding
This 2013 edition is more than your average edition: Expo Reclam will be celebrating its silver wedding anniversary to mark its extensive development alongside industry professionals. Therefore, a commemorative act is scheduled in the same venue on the second day of the event.

Conferences for professionals
Alongside the show's own commercial activities, Expo Reclam will also be the chosen venue for other activities, for instance the conferences aimed at professional visitors due to take place in parallel with the event. The Expo Reclam Speaker's Corner will welcome conferences and talks focused on diverse current issues with a direct format that will be synthesised to guarantee the full use of the time available.
