Natural Products Expo Asia 2012

The 10th Natural Products Expo Asia 2012 (NPEA 2012) will be taking place at Hall 3F-G, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 23 – 25 August 2012, hosting an exhibition area of 6,000 m2 to encompass the finest natural and organic products sourced from around the world including food & beverage, dietary supplement, cosmetics and skin care products, spa facilities and supplies, natural and raw ingredients.

Despite the economic turbulence in 2012, organizers are glad to see a significant increase in exhibitors' participation by 20%, as compared to last year of the same period. New comers including those from Indonesia, Brazil, Germany and Macau further highlight the internationalism of the coming show; while new show elements are input to enhance the attractiveness among buyers.

Over 40% New Exhibitors
Organizers endeavor to provide new insight to all attendees. Apart from the steady support of country pavilions such as Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Thailand, U.K., U.S., with the help of Health Supplements Industry Association Singapore (HSIAS) and Consulate of Brazil, Singapore and Brazil Pavilion will appear for their first-time ever in the coming show. Renowned Singaporean exhibitors include Biotailor, Biotivia, Natural Herbal, ONI Global (Asia's largest specialty retailer of nutritional products, vitamin, mineral, herbal and other specialty supplements and sports nutrition, diet and energy products), etc, display not just premier products but also fascinating booth design to lure buyers.

The event is projecting to host numerous quality buyers from around the region including: natural, organic, and healthy product stores; supermarkets and convenient stores; independent drug stores and pharmacies; spas and salons; beauty product stores; hotels, foodservice and catering operators; manufacturers and suppliers. The entire industry will gather together for three days to find new products, attend networking events, and to discover the latest industry trends. NPEA 2012 will also open to public on the last show day (i.e. 25 August) to penetrate the idea of natural products into society as a whole.

Networking Activities for Exhibitors & Buyers
Sponsored by New Zealand Trade & Enterprise, the Expo Asia Welcome reception will be held on the first night of the Expo. Participants enjoy a selection of New Zealand wine and food where they are showered with the beautiful scenery as well as meeting and mingling with other exhibitors, buyers, suppliers and professional acquaintances in the industry.

In addition, the show will present visitors with value-added activities held on 22 - 23 August. Nutracon Asia 2012, running its fourth edition, continues to bring forward a platform for the health and nutrition expertise to discover the latest global trend and market statistics.
