Branko Ognenovich presents menu of Croatian Presidents in Moscow

Branko Ognenovich is a legendary name in Croatia and a kind of "quality mark" for any event, where his team of chefs is working.

Founder of the Academy of gastronomy and oenology, he more than once oversaw a high-ranking receptions that the Embassy of Croatia arranged in different countries.

Branko Ognenovich is the head of selection committee which forms the teams of Croatian chefs for the participation in various international competitions.

At Croatia Gourmet Festival, which will be held on November 17-19 this year in Moscow within the frames of the Drinks Industry / Russian Wine Fair 2011 international exhibition, the "great and beloved" chef of Croatia will demonstrate his art and introduce to the guests of the festival the famous dishes of Croatian cuisine.
