Collector trade fair will be accompanied by the Investor trade fair

14th edition of Collector 2011 also known as Collector Fair, will be held in Prague, Czech Republic on 08-Sep-2011 in Prague Exhibition Grounds. The international Collector Fair is the largest gathering of collectors in the CEE region. Compared to 2010, the number of exhibitors presenting their assortment within the annual Collector Fair increased almost 20%. As for the philately, the great debutants this year will be the Vatican, Poland and Hungarian Posts; Christian Arbeiter and Hans Reinert; major German dealers or renowned French house Marigny.

In numismatics, famous auction house Felzmann or well established company Edellmetale S&R from Germany; Panda America from the US; Slovak traders Macho & Chlapovič or local internet based traders www.zlataky.cz and E-mince Numismatika will premier here this year.

Another exhibitor, the Czech Assay Office, is coming up with hot new convenience service for the visitors of the fair: the experts of the Assay office will evaluate purity of any jewelry or other items made of precious metals for them - all free of charge.

Launch of a brand new fair, The Investor – Fair of investments into gold, coins, gemstones, and philately has been warmly welcomed amongst the exhibitors heading to The Collector, its partnership fair, running concurrently at the same venue.

As a part of the Investor Fair, unique event will be held on Thursday, September 8th on the fair ground congress facility: a seminary "Investing into Gold, Coins, Numismatics and Philately – how to buy, collect and sell?" This seminary (in the Czech language only) is organized in cooperation and partnership with the Hospodářské noviny daily (financial paper) and Ekonom magazine (economy weekly).

It is a tradition of The Collector Fair – and the the visitors can enjoy inaugurations of the new Czech post stamps and special events usually connected with them like every year. Definitely the biggest crowd-puller of 2011 Collector Fair will be the autograph session of Mrs. Marina Richterova, a respected and renowned graphic artist (on Friday September 9th at the stand of The Czech Post) and the author of a new post stamp "W.A. Mozart – Prague".

This very stamp become the "face" of the campaign of The Collector 2011, appearing on billboards, posters and ads both in papers and magazines. List of other events can be viewed here.
