Chillventa Rossija optimistically looking ahead to 2012

Following its successful premiere in March 2011, Chillventa Rossija, International Trade Fair Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Heat Pumps for commercial and industrial applications – is in great demand. Its unique and holistic focus on the trade disciplines in the sector and the event's clear orientation on the Russian market impressed the trade world. The extremely positive response has now reaffirmed the organizers in their intention to now switch the event to an annual rotation. From 7th to 9th February Chillventa Rossija will be held at the renowned Crocus Expo Export Centre.

Both exhibitors as well as trade visitors are of the opinion that Chillventa Rossija 2011 was extremely successful. Now the specialists have the opportunity to come together on an annual basis: as a result, they are able to not only get to know the new products and innovations in the area of apparatus and equipment, but can also familiarize themselves with the successful introduction of this equipment at facilities in the industrial, trade and construction sectors. They have the possibility to study the advantages of effective projects, perfect the technical basis of their production and exchange their experiences.

At the event the entire technological value-added chain is represented, extending from refrigeration equipment, components and systems right up to peripheral appliances along with the manifold areas of application.

Chillventa Rossija presents the entire spectrum of refrigeration and air-conditioning products up to heat pumps. This is therefore unique on the Russian market. In future increasing attention will be focused on the use of heat pumps in industrial companies and the construction sector in connection with the worldwide trend towards the use of green standards and alternative energy sources.

The top-ranking Chillventa Rossija Congressing support programme will be picking up current themes such as for example questions on the introduction of modern plant, facilities and technological solutions, which correspond to the worldwide requirements of energy efficiency and environmental protection. The aim is to promote the implementation of progressive solutions in Russia and provide information about state-run regulation programmes in the area of refrigeration provision. This year, the Head of the Department of Energy and Innovations Legislation Development at the Russian Energy Agency, Aleksej Tulikov, delivered a lecture at the Congress, which was devoted to the key aspects of development in Russia's energy supply system and the implementation process of state policy in this sector. For 2012 the exhibitors are once again expecting top-ranking lectures, speakers and keynote speakers. In keeping with tradition, the key themes of the Congress will be structured by the fair's organizational Board of Experts, an Advisory Board, which includes renowned Russian and foreign experts and representatives of state bodies among its members. The first session of the Board of Experts for Chillventa Rossija Congressing 2012 was held in June 2011.

The target groups at Chillventa Rossija are entrepreneurs, representatives of technology companies, experts on refrigeration from the foodstuff industry along with the trade and transport industry, representatives of chemical and pharmaceutical companies and also representatives of sports facilities and the construction sector.

This clearly shows that the heart of Chillventa Rossija is refrigeration technology with its components and systems. Starting with the refrigeration cycle, the graphics uses several application examples to clearly illustrate the broad structure of the various themes anchored in everyday life, which are also based in Chillventa Rossija. The commercial and industrial refrigeration sectors along with the air-conditioning industry are the classic users.

But the exhibitors at Chillventa Rossija are also offering the corresponding components for transport refrigeration and domestic refrigeration applications. Heat pump technology is viewed as an ideal complement and even at this stage today is regarded as the future of refrigeration technology.

5,240 trade visitors from 24 countries informed themselves about new products, technologies and services in the sector at Moscow's Crocus Exhibition Center. Over half the 148 exhibitors came from abroad and around three quarters of them are extremely satisfied with business at the fair: they made many new contacts.
