Expo Real expands its services to exhibitors

Expo Real 2011 is expanding a service package it launched last year called 'Your Key to Trade Fair Success'. The new feature in this initiative is an online tool for arranging appointments: ExpoEasyContact. Also contained in the package, as before, are workshops, online training offers, a budget planner and a digital contacts management tool, ExpoEasyLead. All of this is intended to support exhibitors in their preparations for the fair, and it is all free of charge. The 14th International Trade Fair for Commercial Property and Investment takes place from 4 to 6 October 2011 in Munich.

Specifically the 'Your Key to Trade Fair Success' initiative contains the following:

Workshops for exhibitors: At these one-day events held in Munich, Expo Real presents best-practice examples and gives participants the chance to talk in-depth with trade-fair experts, the Expo Real exhibition team and other exhibitors. Divided into workgroups the participants devise solutions to particular issues connected with preparing for, taking part in and following up on a trade-fair participation. New in the programme this year is a workshop aimed specifically at companies who have many co-exhibitors at their stand, and at organisers of joint participations or pavilions.

Expo Real pays the participation fee of €490 for registered main exhibitors. The workshop dates are 10 May and 12 May 2011.

Online training for exhibitors: Here exhibitors can take part in five successive modules which take them step-by-step through what they need to do for a successful presentation. Expo Real pays the participation fee of 98 euros per module for registered main and co-exhibitors.

Appointments management: ExpoEasyContact, the free online tool for arranging appointments is a great way to manage appointment schedules at the fair. Easy to integrate into your own company website, it presents an overview of contact partners, times and dates, and streamlines the process of inquiring about and confirming appointments.

Digital leads logging: Using ExpoEasyLead, exhibitors can produce question sheets which employees can fill in quickly and easily at the fair on the computer, and evaluate straight away. This means companies can start their follow-up work even while the fair is still going on.

Brochure '10 Steps to Trade Fair Success': This brochure is a useful handbook to help you plan your presentation at the fair – it contains lots of valuable, practical tips and answers on important issues connected with taking part in a trade fair. The guide sets out – in ten steps – how a company can achieve its objectives at the fair, efficiently and effectively.

Trade-fair budget planner: Using this tool, exhibitors can calculate online, in just a few clicks, all the main space-related costs in connection with exhibiting at Expo Real 2011 – from square-metre prices for stands to additional costs for electricity, water, cleaning and monitoring, and stand construction. This gives a realistic overview of costs within just a few seconds.
