Chillventa Rossija shines with successful premiere

"The premiere of Chillventa Rossija 2011 was a success and we are delighted with the very good feedback from our exhibitors and visitors. This clearly shows us that our Chillventa Rossija concept tailor-made for the Russian market is on the right track, " says Meike Krüger, Project Manager of Chillventa Rossija at NürnbergMesse. 5,240 trade visitors from 24 countries sourced information about the industry's new products, technologies and services in the Crocus Exhibition Center, Moscow. More than half the 148 exhibitors came from abroad. Chillventa Rossija is unique for the Russian market and reflects the entire spectrum of refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation and heat pumps. Some three-quarters of the exhibitors are extremely satisfied with the course of the exhibition: they made many new contacts. For the organization, NürnbergMesse was supported by Ost-West-Partner, the experienced organizer of exhibitions in Russia. The date of the second Chillventa Rossija has already been fixed and the event enters the second round from 7–9 February 2012, also in the well-known Crocus Exhibition Center in Moscow.

"The start of Chillventa Rossija in Moscow could hardly have been better. We are very satisfied with the exhibition and the very good commitment of the exhibiting companies. Reason enough to now organize the exhibition and accompanying conference in Moscow annually with effect from 2012, " says Petra Wolf, Member of the Management Board of NürnbergMesse. Exhibitors and visitors rated Chillventa Rossija 2011 a great success. Jesús Revilla Lopez of Frimetal, the Spanish supplier of refrigeration equipment, sums up: "Exhibiting at Chillventa Rossija has paid off for us. The many visitors to our stand and the great interest they showed in our products enabled us to make lots of new contacts.

The organization of the event was also excellent and the Chillventa Rossija team was very friendly and efficient. Simply perfect." Like Lopez, the majority of the exhibitors were satisfied with the quantity and quality of the visitors. Around 20per cent of the visitors were from board level. Almost 14per cent represented senior management and another 14per cent middle management. 95per cent of the exhibitors made new business contacts.

The German and Czech pavilions were two special attractions at the exhibition and provided an ideal opportunity for the visitors to obtain an overview of the technological and innovative power of the exhibitors. There were 26 companies from Germany, including Ziehl-Abegg, Bitzer, GEA, Honeywell, Bock, Teledoor, Güntner, Teko and Armacell, and 11 exhibitors from the Czech Republic, with companies such as EM Polar, Hotjet, ProjectSoft and REMAK.

The Chillventa Rossija Congressing programme with top international speakers was a treat for the experts. The programme focused on heat pumps, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and current developments – in Russia and internationally. Experts from all over the world shared their know-how with the conference audience and updated them on current trends and developments. Over 70per cent of the conference attendees said during the actual event that they had been well informed.

The next Chillventa Rossija takes place from 7–9 February 2012, also in the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center in Moscow.
