| New opening times at the Green Week Berlin  There will be new opening times at the 75th Green Week 2010 in its anniversary year. From 15 to 24 January the trade fair will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. On three days, the two Saturdays and the second Friday of the fair (16, 22 and 23 Jan.), it will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. In contrast to previous years, the Green Week 2010 will be open to the general public from day one of the fair.spliterThe International Green Week Berlin is among the oldest established trade fairs in the city as well as being one of the best known events in all of Germany. It can now look back on 84 eventful years. On 15 January the doors will open at the Green Week for the 75th time. No other international exhibition offering direct links every year to hundreds of thousands of consumers has taken place as many times as the Green Week. Originally just a local product mart, it has now evolved into the world’s largest consumer show for agriculture, food and horticulture. Since 1926 some 75,100 exhibitors from 120 countries have provided more than 29.7 million trade visitors and members of the public with a comprehensive range of items from every continent.
