Broadcast 2009

The audiovisual industry is currently undergoing a process characterised by the widespread introduction of new business models and innovative broadcasting supports such as mobile TV, among others, as well as the creation of a considerable volume of contents designed to supply a growing number of audiovisual media. Above all, we are witnessing a clarification of the market. BROADCAST, the International Audiovisual Technology Trade Show, an event that has served as an indisputable point of reference for the industry over many years, reflects current developments within the market, offering solutions to new challenges that are emerging, either through the technological innovations presented by its participating companies or through the trade meetings that are staged within the framework of the fair. This trade show, which is organised by IFEMA, will take place between 3rd and 6th November 2009 at Feria de Madrid.

The Specialised Conference Programme at BROADCAST, one of the fair's most valuable dimensions, offers an ideal forum for debate and analysis, one where participants will discover many answers to the questions that are emerging today.

In this respect, as is customary, the trade exhibition will be complemented by a wide-ranging Conference Programme that will tackle a number of themes of maximum interest to the industry:

- DTT: New Business Models.
- Fiction in Spain: Good Scheduling and Successful Series
- Telecommunications Operators and Their Role.
- Cinema in Spain: Promotion and Defence of the Film Industry.
- The Digital Dividend.
- The World of Stereoscopic 3D.
- Audiovisual Training in Educational Environments.
