Glass Technology Live Goes India

"Solar energy generation" is the subject of a special show named glass technology live goes India that is premiering at GLASSPEX INDIA, International Exhibition for Glass – Production-Processing-Products, which is being held in New Delhi from 2 to 4 December 2009. Nine companies from Germany, Austria and the Netherlands will present innovative solar modules, glass and solar energy systems, solar collectors and photovoltaic cells in a display of trendsetting developments and applications. The special show supplements the range of products and services supplied by the more than 100 exhibitors that are participating in the first edition of GLASSPEX INDIA.

The confirmed exhibitors of the special show are Sulfurcell, Solarwatt AG, Glaswerke Arnold GmbH & Co. KG, Sunways AG, Scheuten Solar, Wagner & Co. Solartechnik GmbH, Solarfocus, Narva Trade Solartechnik and Kuraray Specialities Europe GmbH.

With this special show, the organiser of GLASSPEX INDIA – Messe Düsseldorf – is continuing implementation of its glass technology live concept, which has been an additional feature at glasstec Düsseldorf, for many years now the most important trade fair in the world of glass. It is where the latest product developments, manufacturing processes, technologies, research findings and innovative new architecture projects are presented every two years. The special glass technology live show is highly appreciated by architects, building engineers, planners and designers in particular, since it is a source of ideas and specific help – apart from giving an insight into the future of glass.

GLASSPEX INDIA will take place in Halls 12 and 12a of the Pragati Maidan fairgrounds in New Delhi from 2 to 4 December 2009 and is being organised by Messe Düsseldorf and its subsidiary Messe Düsseldorf India. Numerous international trade associations from the industry, such as AIGMF, iGLASS, CREDAI and SESI, as well as VDMA – which is also backing the joint German stand as a partner association - are involved in the event.
