Paperworld China returns to Shanghai on 11 – 13 November 2009, with over 400 exhibitors from 16 countries and regions. Covering 36,000sqm of the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, the fair will showcase the latest range of office automation products, office supplies, office accessories, writing instruments, paper and paper products, school supplies, stationery gift items, artists' requisites and creative materials from top international brands including ACME United, Beifa, Comet, Hopax, Kinary, Lion Pencil and Sunwood.

Reaffirming Paperworld China's leading status, the fair has received strong support of the official representative of China's retailing and franchise industry ― the China Chain Store & Franchise Association. This influential body has 800 enterprise members with 160,000 outlets, including famous domestic retailers, franchisors, suppliers, relevant organisations and well-known international brands with legal entities in China including B&Q, Carrefour, Lotus, Tesco and Wal-Mart.

"Over the last few years, we have noticed a growing number of our members are selling office supplies, which has created a sourcing demand for such items. Paperworld China has developed into the region's premier trade fair for office products and that's why we are sponsoring the fair and encouraging our members to attend, " said Mr. Shuo Chen, Deputy Secretary-General of China Chain Store & Franchise Association.

Mr. Chen further explained, "Paperworld China is an excellent platform to source high-quality products from around the globe as well as learn more about the industry, consequently, it's an important event our members should attend. Already, 30 of our members have confirmed their attendance and meetings will be arranged for them to discuss further business opportunities with suppliers and manufacturers onsite."
