Attractive Eastern European Market: INTERLIGHT MOSCOW 2009

The lighting industry will find no better overview of the trends on the Russian and Eastern European markets than at INTERLIGHT MOSCOW. The Who's Who of international manufacturers have already announced plans to present their innovations to expert visitors from throughout Russia and neighbouring CIS countries.

INTERLIGHT MOSCOW is becoming even more attractive in 2009: the offering of conferences and workshops has been expanded, the halls will be more clearly arranged according to topics, and new expert visitor groups will be included in connection with the "Lighting Control Systems" theme.

Special for 2009: Lighting Control Systems
Lighting control will become one of the most important issues in the Russian lighting industry in the coming years. As there are hardly any domestic Russian manufacturers for building and lighting control systems, the "Lighting Control" presentation will offer international manufacturers excellent business opportunities.

INTERLIGHT MOSCOW is thus taking up the issue early on. International manufacturers will have their first chance to present themselves to the Russian professional community and capture valuable market segments.

Top issues of the Russian industry on the agenda
The presentations and workshops on the INTERLIGHT MOSCOW program are a special attraction for many professionals. Due to strong demand, the program for 2009 has been significantly expanded. Four days of industry presentations, roundtables, workshops, along with the third INTERNATIONALEN LED FORUM MOSCOW "LEDs in Lighting Technologies, " taking place concurrently, are on the program for 2009.

Current trends, problems and projects in the sectors of lighting control, lighting design and architecture are the subjects of numerous presentations from renowned contributors.

In addition, representatives from regional Russian administrations will give insights into the capital spending plans in the urban and street lighting sectors. On top of this, expert visitors are expected for the annual Lighting Design Competition of the Russian Lighting Research Institute (VNISI), the annual conference of young lighting technicians, as well as for a roundtable of the Russian Lighting Trade Association (CTA).

The workshops at INTERLIGHT MOSCOW 2009 provide another excellent opportunity for exchange of information and expertise.
