New Businesses, More Opportunities At Food And Hotel Thailand 2009

Food & Hotel Thailand 2009, Thailand's leading international food & hospitality trade event, will return for the 17th edition from September 2-5 at Royal Paragon Hall, Siam Paragon. With a large number of new hotels and restaurants opened in response to continuous growth and promising future of the country's tourism and hospitality industries, it brings about stronger demand for a wide range of materials and supplies as well as food service and hospitality equipment and technology. Food & Hotel Thailand has been positioned as a five-star industry gathering where buyers in Thailand and the Indochina region can meet face-to-face with leading suppliers from around the world, keep updated with the most current trends and new technology, and have the opportunity to network with more potential alliances and partners.

Following the outstanding success of last year's event, the 2009 edition expects to see up to 25, 000 trade visitors from throughout the world as despite the challenges their remains a wealth of opportunities .

More than 750 world's most prestigious brands from 30 countries will participate in this high-end event, which incorporates the International Food & Hospitality Show 2009 (IFHS 2009), Thailand's professional exhibition of food & beverage, hotel, bakery and foodservice equipment, supplies and services; and Catering & Restaurant Asia 2009, the 3rd Asian international exhibition for catering and restaurant equipment and technology.

Featured exhibitors include international group from France, Japan, Germany, USA, Australia, UK, China and Korea, as well leading premium products from Bangkok Ranch, Chaitip, Premier Tea, Sanyo, Sato Auto-ID Co., Ltd., Bon Café, Ebisu Seafood, United Glass, Royal Porcelain and Italasia.

Over 12,000 sqm space of the Royal Paragon Hall will be transformed into an all-in-one exhibition for the food and beverage, hotel, retail and hospitality industries, showing a wide range of products from coffee, wine, fresh produce, dairy products, meats, fruits, vegetables, processed foods, seasonings, confectioneries, ice cream, snacks, to tableware, furnishings and other hospitality equipment and technology.

An array of latest eco-friendly innovations and management technology that help improve efficiency and profitability for hotels and restaurants will featured strongly at this year event..

In addition, Food & Hotel Thailand 2009will be co-located with Hostec Asia, the regional trade show and conference for hospitality and foodservice technology, coupled with highlighted activities that include the Hotel Congress by the ASEAN Hotel and Restaurant Association, the Restaurant Industry Seminar by the Thai Restaurant Association, the Retail Conference by the Thai Retailer Association, and the ASEAN Culinary Cup 2009 supported by the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) — a highly prestigious event representing Asia's first international culinary arts contest and convention which will attract more than 3, 000 local and international chefs, delegates and industry professional.
