Renowned Brands Choose Ipack-ima To Host Their Meetings

Exhibitions still carry out their role as irreplaceable tools to compare machinery, technology, companies, strategies and people. IPACK-IMA 2009, on stage from March 24th to 28th, enriches its agenda daily with official meetings organized by trade associations, highlighting its high international profile. The exhibition showcasing processing and packaging solutions, to be held at FieraMilano, will host meetings, round-table discussions and assemblies of the most prestigious international brands. The latest requests received by the organizers of IPACK-IMA were from Gipsac to hold reserved meetings for the general assembly, and from the Eurosac board of directors.

Conai, the International Packaging Consortium overseeing the recycling of packaging, is also holding its official meeting during the exhibition.

As for the food processing industry, the assembly of the Union des Associations des Semouliers des Pays de l'UE will be held during IPACK-IMA, gathering all the most important milling industry professionals at the exhibition. Bearing testimony to IPACK-IMA's role as the top international showcase for fresh and dry pasta production, UN.I.P.I (the Italian Association of Industrial Pasta Producers) and A.P.P.F. (the Association of Producers of Fresh Pasta) also chose the exhibition as the venue to hold their meetings.

Lastly, the international trade press will gather at FieraMilano for the International Packaging Press Organisation (IPPO) meeting. Journalists interested in writing about packaging can sweep from IPACK-IMA – hosting their meeting – to Grafitalia and Converflex, representing strongly synergic industries, being held on the same dates creating the "Cosmic Event".
