ASSA Abloy Unlocks Access Control Potential

ASSA ABLOY will focus on its strengths as a leading access control enabling solutions provider at this year's IFSEC exhibition at the NEC, May 11 to 14 2009. Group companies Abloy UK, ASSA, Adams Rite, Mul-T-Lock, Powershield and Safeguard will all be at the event to showcase their latest products for the access control and physical security markets.

There will be three areas on the ASSA ABLOY stand, each dedicated to different areas of the business. The exhibition will showcase a number of exciting new products for ASSA ABLOY and visitors will be able to explore the latest technologies and view some of the key developments in the presentation area on the stand.

Paul Browne, business development director for ASSA ABLOY UK, said: "We have put a lot of hard work into our attendance at IFSEC 09 and feel we have come up with an offer that will appeal to a wide range of audiences be they access control companies, systems integrators, OEMs or buildings and security specifiers.

"We continually invest in innovation and this exhibition provides us with the ideal platform to share information on the latest technologies we have to offer across both the access control and physical security markets. We are particularly excited about the strength of our offer in the access control arena and have invested in a stand that will help visitors to really familiarise themselves with our portfolio and get the most out of their visit."

The stand will be split into individual areas with a specific product focus, one on new products in the range, one on access control enabling products, such as electric locks, magnets, electric strikes, key cabinets and security doors, as well as small-scale access control systems such as Smartair.

The stand will also feature a number of presentations on new technologies and enabling products, as well as the latest information on security standards, including information on the company's training Academy initiative.
