The Cleaning Show 2009

BCCE Ltd, a company jointly owned by the British Cleaning Council and Quartz Publishing & Exhibitions Ltd, is staging the Cleaning Show 2009, from 10th –12th March at the NEC, Birmingham. This ever expanding show presents a unique opportunity for companies in the cleaning and support services industry to market, sell and promote their products and services.

The Cleaning Show 2009 is supported by all member associations of The British Cleaning Council and Cleaning & Maintenance magazine.

The Cleaning Show 2009 is already attracting strong interest and is building on the success of the 2007 event when visitor numbers grew by 41% from 2005, to exceed 12, 039. Growth is expected again this year as the event organisers announce plans to attract key decision maker and companies across a wide range of sectors involved in the UK's £1.5 billion cleaning industry.

As at 14 October 2008, 153 exhibitors have confirmed bookings and 1000+ visitors have already pre-registered. Many major industry organisations have already booked their space for the show. Similarly, The Cleaning Show is attracting interest from decision makers involved in healthcare, industry, leisure, entertainment, office/commercial premise management, retail and government.

As the Cleaning Show 2009 grows in stature, potential exhibitors and visitors are encouraged to book now to make the most of this networking and business development opportunity. Cleaning and associated services are increasingly in the spotlight nationally. The event provides a not to be missed opportunity to showcase equipment and services, launch new products, generate leads, develop relationships with clients, build awareness, penetrate new markets, generate media exposure, benefit from pre-show publicity, research trends and, of course, keep ahead of the competition.

The Cleaning Show 2009 will feature the third Innovation Awards, to honour the latest advances in the business, chosen by a panel of experts across a wide range of industries. Winners from the last show include, See Brilliance (Best Chemical Innovation), Totally Different (Washroom Products Innovation), Waste Recycle Company (Other Machines Award), Unger UK (Hand Tools Award), along with Industrial Cleaning Equipment and Premier FCM (Best Floor Cleaning Machine – joint award).

Pre-show publicity support will help businesses attract the most active prospects to experience first-hand the benefits of products and services, develop brand recognition, and achieve measurable results essential for long-term growth.

Facilities managers, hospital managers and procurement directors will have the opportunity to find advice on all aspects of the cleaning business, whether they come from a large corporation or SME. Window cleaners can network and build their business and even pit their skills against the world's fastest window cleaner - Guinness Book of Records holder Terry Burrows.
