The ProWein Lounge Introduces The Wine Selection For The Hogatec
Wine is trendy. This has also become obvious to the gastronomy and hotel sectors. It is the reason why – that for the second time, Messe Düsseldorf smoothes the way between its two top-events: The hogatec, International Trade Fair Hotels, Gastronomy, Catering and the ProWein, International Trade Fair Wines and Spirits. During this year's hogatec (28 September until 01 October), the ProWein Lounge is again the centre of attraction for all wine lovers, gastronomes and hoteliers. Hogatec 2008 will be held in parallel with the food fair trio InterMopro, InterCool and InterMeat at the Düsseldof Exhibition Centre.
In collaboration with the Deutsche Weininstitut (German Wine Institute), the ProWein Lounge in Hal 11 (Stand D04) presents a selection of exquisite red and white wines on an area of over 200 square metres. The focus is on Riesling and Burgundy wines from Germany. All of the introduced wines can be tasted during the hogatec. Furthermore, daily moderation rounds will discuss current banquet topics. For example, the different types of closing/sealing techniques are shown here, quality descriptions are explained and wines in combination with certain foods are introduced.
The ProWein is the annual pivotal point for the international wine and spirits sector. The leading trade fair presents wines from all relevant producing regions, as well as specialty spirits. Over 3, 000 exhibitors from 40 countries and circa 33, 000 trade visitors from all over the world use this platform for their business. The next ProWein will take place from 29 until 31 March 2009.
