ClinPhone Announces TrialWorks® User Group Meeting

ClinPhone, the world's largest Clinical Technology Organization, announces its inaugural TrialWorks User Group Meeting to be held on 16 and 17 October 2008 in Princeton, New Jersey at The Nassau Inn. This meeting will provide a forum for end-users of TrialWorks - ClinPhone's clinical trial management system - to facilitate knowledge exchange, networking and sharing of innovative practices. Registration to the meeting is complimentary for TrialWorks clients.

The one and a half day event aims to create a sense of community among users of TrialWorks and will provide attendees with value-added information on topics such as validation of CTMS, using TrialWorks for site selection, benefits of integrating with Interactive Voice Response Systems (IVRS) and handling investigator payments, among others. During the event there will also be a number of interactive sessions to enable the sharing of best practices.

This information-packed meeting will feature a facilitator-led CRO/Sponsor breakout session which may cover topics such as strategies to promote a collaborative partnership, identifying success criteria, and issue detection and resolution techniques. There will also be a session on product enhancement priorities which will provide a unique opportunity for attendees to give feedback on the future functionality and feature enhancements to TrialWorks .
