| Computex 2008: FET Showcases WiMAX Applications With SKS Far EasTone Telecommunications, a mobile communication service provider in Taiwan, is exhibiting daily-life WiMAX applications in cooperation with Taiwan Shin Kong Security, a security service provider in Taiwan, at the 2008 WiMAX Expo Taipei from June 3-7. FET is a WiMAX licensee for the southern region of Taiwan. FET and SKS are planning to cooperate to offer intelligent security service for homes, individuals and cars by applying FET's existing broadband networks and planned WiMAX network to SKS's wireless surveillance, FET pointed out.
