The Canadian Food & Beverage Show and HostEx

Exhibitors' appetite for the 2008 CRFA Show (HostEx and Food & Beverage) continues to grow, with exhibit booth sales far exceeding original estimates. More than 700 exhibitors are now expected to welcome a record-breaking audience of Canadian chefs, restaurateurs, bar experts and foodservice professionals during the show's three-day run, March 2 - 4, 2008, at the Direct Energy Centre in downtown Toronto. "We knew the Canadian food industry was eager for a dynamic new show, and we're delighted by the strong support the industry has shown to date, " says Steve Barber, Vice President of Expositions with the show's producer, the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association (CRFA).

The original plan for 1,442 exhibit booths at the CRFA Show has been expanded to more than 1,600, thanks largely to the return of many former exhibitors from the HostEx and Food & Beverage shows.

"Many exhibitors have doubled or tripled the size of their booths, and we're also excited to see brand new suppliers taking their place alongside Canada's large national brands."

To meet this strong demand, a very limited number of exhibit booths are being made available in the Direct Energy Centre's Heritage Court, adjacent to the main building.
