ACM Waste Management Plc, the UK's supplier of complete waste management solutions for the hotel industry, is showcasing its products and services at the Hotelympia exhibition at London's Excel Exhibition centre between 17 and 21 February 2008.

Full details of its unique Complete Care Programme - an holistic and integrated one-stop waste management and recycling solution – will be available on the stand together with information on ACM's range of state-of-the art waste management and recycling equipment for the Hotel industry which includes high-density, portable, lockable compactors, balers and glass crushers.

Barry Bolton, ACM chairman, said: "In the 21st century all businesses must take their environmental obligations very seriously. For this reason it is essential that hotels employ professional waste management and recycling practices and ensure that all recyclables such as cardboard, glass and plastics are separated from the general waste stream and collected and disposed of appropriately.

"Hotels now have very high expectations of their waste management companies, demanding best environmental practice and compliance together with significantly reduced waste management costs. At ACM we work in partnership with our clients to help them achieve all these objectives as well as reducing their carbon footprint."

ACM provides waste management and recycling solutions for some of the UK's leading hotels including house hold names such as The Grosvenor, Park Lane, The Belfry and The Royal Garden Kensington and a selection of hotel case studies will be available for visitors to the stand to illustrate how good waste management can benefit both businesses and the environment.

As well as showcasing its products, ACM will also be taking part in the seminar programme at Hotelympia, which this year is dedicated to sustainability and environmental practices.

ACM chairman, Barry Bolton, will be one of the key speakers on Tuesday 19 February 2008 at 11.00am when he will be giving a presentation detailing how hotel's can improve their waste management practices, increase efficiency and reduce their environmental impact.

Barry concluded: "I'm delighted to have the opportunity to speak at Hotelympia. I passionately believe in the urgent need to take action to prevent the potentially catastrophic effects of irreversible global climate change and good waste management practice is one way that all businesses can make a positive difference.
