More Space For Design and Trends at Ambiente

There's a worldwide boom in design and trend products and demand for exhibition space at the leading international fair for consumer goods in Frankfurt am Main is correspondingly high. At Ambiente, from 8 to 12 February, account has been taken of this high demand and more space made available to Avantgarde and Lifestyle. On a new display area, in Hall 6.0, some 75 exhibitors will be showing their ranges of pictures and frames. This newly established platform has been set aside, in the main, for first-time Ambiente exhibitors.

Featuring international brands like Philips Lighting, Sonoro Audio, La Corbeille Edition, Delica bei arts, interior, STT Staudacher Trading, Diamantini Domeniconi, Outlook Design Italia, Till Behrens Systems and CZ-CADO, right from the start this area will be a Mecca for trade visitors looking for something new and out-of-the-ordinary.

Next door, the "on design" lecture area provides professional information and high quality lectures on topics such as trends, product design and market development. Among the participants are international design practices and experts like Prof. Volker Albus (Germany), Ed Annink (The Netherlands), Sebastian Bergne (GB), Leslie Chen (China), Prof. Hansjerg Maier-Aichen (Germany), Speziell Produktgestaltung (Germany), Veit Streitenberger (Germany), Petra Strickstrock (Germany), Knut Völzke (Germany) and Walking Chair (Austria).

At Ambiente, no less than three leading international fairs offer the international trade, designers, architects, interior furnishers and the media, a unique overview of all the new products and trends at the beginning of the year. Dining stands for cooking and enjoyment, Giving for the world of gifts and Living for the avant-garde and interior design.

A host of exhibitions and events enrich the product range, which is not available anywhere else in the world, with creative information and professional inspiration. Messe Frankfurt expects around 4,600 exhibitors from 80 countries to take part in the event from 8 to 12 February.
