Expo Reclam-2008

With almost half a year still to go before the 20th edition of Expo Reclam opens its doors, 257 companies have already reserved their stand for the exhibition, for a total of 11,376 m2 of exhibition space. The trade show for advertising and promotional gift professionals will take place on 13, 14 and 15 February of next year, occupying the Institución Ferial de Madrid (Ifema) venue for the first time.

In order to improve space and logistics conditions even more – given the volume and complexity of build-up activities at the sector's most important event on the Iberian Peninsula, the organisers have decided to change pavilions within the venue. As a result, the professional event will be held in Pavilions 2 and 4. The new location is on the right-hand side of Ifema, beside the South Entrance. This positions Expo Reclam 2008 much closer to both the Campo de las Naciones underground station and the main entrance to Ifema.

Exhibitor companies have already been informed of the change of exhibition location, and have been sent the new provisional map. This change in no way affects the stand layout for Expo Reclam 2008, as final stand allocation will take place during the public meetings being held in Madrid in early October 2007. The team of organisers – from the firm Reed Exhibitions Iberia – will be taking the information provided by companies on their respective space reservation forms into consideration, and continues to handle all queries regarding this matter.

As at previous editions, it is very important for exhibitors' representatives to attend the Expo Reclam 2008 allocation meetings in order to secure a location which will suit their needs. Current regulations stipulate that these will be public meetings of up to 15 companies per session, grouped by the number of square metres of exhibition space requested and how long they have been an exhibitor. The company's participation in previous editions of Expo Reclam will continue to be a highly relevant factor for location choice.
