Euromold-2007

December 5-8, 2007, 1.700 exhibitors from 45 nations and more than 60.000 trade visitors from 85 nations are expected in the halls 5.1, 6.0, 6.1, 8.0, 9.0 and Galleria. With interesting special subjects and special exhibitions and an accompanying programme EuroMold regocnises the signs.

The reason for the enduring success of EuroMold at least is not the elaborated fair concept "From Design to Prototyping to Series Production", which bridges the gab between industrial designers, product developers, processors, suppliers and users. Furthermore, EuroMold developed to a global communication platform in the past few years. Top-class exhibitors among each other or with superior trade visitors discuss problems and show how to find solutions.

EuroMold, as a worldwide meetingpoint of moldmaking and tooling and modern product developing, creates networks in order to socialise new contacts and to maintain the established ones.

This year again, EuroMold intends to recognise the signs and to mould the future actively. EuroMold 2007 puts a focus on the domestic market and agitates for the German moldmaking and tooling. At the same time it seizes the subject education and junior staff development.

Moldmaking and tooling is a key sector in the industry and is part of the top sectors in the German economy. Among the motto "Moldmaking and Tooling – think global, act local" EuroMold intends to show ways especially to German small and medium-sized businesses how to be prepared to fulfil the rising demands of the world market.


The corporate stand "Hostcountry Germany" provides the possibility to show the idea of networking. The choice of presentation at the exhibition underlines this idea and appears as one business location for German moldmakers and toolers.

Moreover, an other highlight will be presented at EuroMold for the first time to strengthen the moldmaking and tooling a Mold & Die Center. Selected companies show a complete production process along the process chain with exalted automated tools and machines.

The organiser of EuroMold, DEMAT GmbH, supports the contest "Excellence in Production" which presents the best toolmaking in Germany, in order to strengthen the German location beyond EuroMold. The winners of the award "Toolmaker of the year 2007", which are classified as particularly successful, present themselves at EuroMold for the first time.

The business location Germany is the center of attention at the career event "careers4engineers", too. The career platform for engineers will be represented at EuroMold for the first time and shall bring together young engineers and future employers.

According to the organiser, the career platform is a chance for the engineer procreation to get an all-embracing overview over all the different possibilities, alternatives and chances of the career and employment market. In order to provide capacious information for all different career possibilities and chances, a supporting programme with a round table of experts, workshops and a career advice will be offered, in coorperation with the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.
