International Food, Drink and Hospitality Exhibition

IFE India 2007 takes place at the Pragati Maidan Exhibition Grounds in the heart of New Delhi on the 6th – 8th December. The show is already exceeding all expectations with more features and more pavilions confirmed for 2007. IFE India is the leading exhibition for India's food, drink and hospitality industry, worth US$70 billion. As the industry expands so does the exhibition with the developments of specific product sectors, new show features plus an increase in the number of exhibitors. 2006 saw the number of exhibitors increase by 40% from 2005 and this is set to increase even more for 2007.

New features for 2007 include the International Wine Challenge Indian, the India Wine Market – The Road Ahead, a Retail Forum and the Taste Vote – Culinary Challenge. These new features are in addition to the development of specific product sectors including bakery and confectionary, soft drinks, general food, food on the move, beers, wine and spirits and walk the world. These new features and developments are set to attract key buyers from Importers, distributors, hoteliers and chefs.

Not only is the show expanding with new features but it is gaining more recognition from the international market with double the number of country pavilions than previous exhibitions. With national pavilions from Greece, Germany, Spain, France, Korea, China, Turkey, UK, Italy, Austria and Australia, IFE India 2007 will have a truly international feel to the event.
