The sixth edition of Intur Business, business marketing days in which interior tourism professionals participate, will take place 22-23 November at the Trade Fair Center of Valladolid, within the Intur Trade Fair. Operators of the national and international markets, coming from issuing and recipient countries of tourism, come to this annual date which is considered a first class reference for interior tourism. The diversity and quality of the supply is, without a doubt, a great incentive for buyers of interior tourism products. Accommodation, destinations, rural and active tourism, tourism resources, travel agencies and conferences are the major groups in which the supply of Intur Business is structured.

With regard to demand, a total of 1, 064 buyers in the past edition were accredited coming from Germany, Belgium, the United States, Holland, Italy, Brazil, France, Portugal, Canada, Argentina, Japan, Poland, Denmark, Great Britain, etc. Hotel chains, conference organizers, incentive trips, central reserve agencies, services for industry, transportation, among others, are the main sectors of representation among the national demand of Intur Business.

Highlights of the past edition of Intur Business were the 2, 500 commercial interviews and the positive valuation of the participants. This initiative allows a great deal of work over two days, which in any other way would require a notable investment of time and travel.

Since the first edition, these workdays are organized by the Trade Fair Center of Valladolid in collaboration with the Directorate General for Tourism of the Regional government of Castilla y León, and are a clear bet for events in which professionals get results.

The diversification of the supply is one of the feature characteristics of interior tourism, as well as its progressive growth in the global whole of the sector, according to the data of Turespaña. The transformation of tourism affects all fields, from the promotion of destinations to the organization of trips, the appearance of discount airlines or the use of Internet, etc.
