92nd Annual International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show

New resources designed to enhance the guest experience and propel the eco-friendly movement within the industry will take center stage at the 92nd annual International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show, taking place November 10-13, 2007, at New York City's Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.

Among the products to be featured for the restaurant industry are new uniform options from Cintas, featuring the revolutionary XLA lastrol stretch fiber which keeps up with the busy pace of restaurant staff. Deshoulieres Group will introduce its fine Limoges porcelain tabletop collection, designed specifically for the hospitality industry with high resistance to heat, microwaves, freezers and dishwashers.

In addition, Hobart Corporation will feature its new Boilerless Combi Oven, an innovation that allows chefs to choose from three modes for cooking – convection, steam and combination – to allow for maximum efficiency and consistency. Also, Vikki Smyth, Inc. (formerly The Ultimate Spread, Inc.) will introduce its Strata Jet three-tiered table, featuring a dramatic fusion of design and functionality.

Exhibitors also will introduce numerous green products and technologies in line with the green emphasis of the 2007 IH/M&RS and the industry's movement towards developing more eco-friendly hospitality operations. Pacific Coast Feather Company will showcase its new Natural Living Bedding Line, considered to be a renewable resource because it is filled with Ingeo fibers derived from corn. Room Service Amenities will present Green from Natüra, an environmentally-friendly amenity program that uses revolutionary Plastarch Material (PSM), a natural resin composed of modified cornstarch and other biodegradable materials.
