After its enormous success in USA, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Japan, China and UK, INTERPHEX (the world's pharmaceutical manufacturing event brand) is entering India with its first edition 'INTERPHEX India' scheduled to be held at Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai from September 12 to 14, 2007.

With their combination of closely integrated conferences and exhibition, the INTERPHEX India will be a dedicated pharmaceutical manufacturing event with a B2B only audience. The event will feature products and solutions from world's leading suppliers, both domestic and international.

As the Indian drug manufacturing sector is rapidly gaining a high ranking international status, INTERPHEX India, one of the world's leading pharmaceutical trade exhibitions, will showcase the capabilities of the sector on a truly international stage, brought to India. Indian and International suppliers will exhibit their capabilities to a unique audience of international and Indian drug manufacturers. INTERPHEX India, with its broad international reach, will combine a multi-national buyer audience, regulators from around the globe, and world-class suppliers into a uniquely Indian event.

INTERPHEX India will cover the full spectrum of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, machinery, materials, services, software, hardware and solutions. The list of product categories will be specific to drug manufacturing, and exhaustive, ranging from analytical instrumentation, capsules and capsule filling, contamination control, process and packaging equipment, tablet presses, through to validation and beyond. As is typical the event will showcase the most cutting edge technologies affecting the industry.

INTERPHEX India 2007 will target around 6, 000 trade visitors from the drug manufacturing sector drawn predominantly from API and drug manufacturers themselves, both generic and branded. In addition to those looking to source capital equipment, materials, and services, the show will also target those looking to outsource their needs, from laboratory research, clinical trials, through machinery components, assembly, or finished products, to entire drug manufacturing operations.
