2007 Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo

The 2007 Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo taking place from Saturday, August 18th through Monday, August 20th at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, CA. The event will launch several new and exciting features - making it the "must attend" Show for the west coast foodservice & hospitality industry.

The launch of the Ferdinand Metz Foodservice Forum with feature keynote presentations by prominent industry lobbyist Rick Berman, President of Berman and Company and Louisiana Culinary Ambassador to the World, Chef John Folse of John Folse & Company. The Ferdinand Metz Foodservice Forum will present over two dozen MUST SEE educational sessions featuring the leading consultants and executives from several of the mostrecognizedcompanies in the restaurant and hospitality industries.

Other exciting features on the exhibition floor include Innovative New Product Gallery: Discover the most innovative new products to be introduced to the market within the past 18 months. These new products were hand selected from over 200 entries by a committee of industry professionals to enhance menu options, increase profits and deliver new equipment and solutions to a restaurant.

The Ultimate Barista Challenge USA: Professional baristi prepare their signature espresso beverages for a panel of discerning judges each day of the Show. This will delight audience members in a showdown of three flights of espresso frappe, espresso cocktails, beautiful café latte art and finding the definitive Ultimate Barista!

Pizza Pavilion: ROMA presents the 3rd annual Pizza Competition where contestants will use a wide variety of products to create their own unique pizza from scratch in a one-on-one duel.
